In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt and cover the postage cost for the return. The product must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and undamaged. It is highly recommended that proof of postage is obtained. However, if the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault – I will pay for the return postage. After receipt by me - your item(s) will be checked and your refund (if applicable) will be processed. The money will be refunded via the original payment method used during the purchase – where this is possible. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days refunds will not be possible. Made to order items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. The returns procedure is the same as stated above. If required (and where possible) re- manufacture / alteration can be made with prior agreement.
